Coach teachers on instructional strategies and classroom management to promote engaged on-task learners. Will observe, collect data, and meet with teachers to collaboratively set goals and create action steps to increase student learning and engagement.

Facilitate training on lesson planning and PLC structure. Facilitate collaboration of PLC teams and lesson planning.
